Payment Terms and Billing

The following terms govern payment for our financial planning services

Monthly Subscription Fee: £250 per month including VAT, billed monthly in advance via direct debit or card payment
Payment Processing: Representative APR 0% - no additional charges beyond the monthly fee, payment processing may incur standard banking fees
Service Cancellation: 30 days written notice required for service cancellation, no cancellation fees apply
Late Payment Policy: Service suspension may occur for payments over 14 days late, £25 administration fee applies

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and to the maximum extent permitted by law

Client Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Aurethionval against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through multiple channels

Internal Complaint Resolution

Initial disputes should be addressed through our internal complaints procedure, with escalation to senior management if needed

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship under the following conditions

Client may cancel with 30 days written notice at any time without penalty
We may terminate for breach of terms after written notice and opportunity to remedy
Immediate termination allowed for fraudulent activity or serious misconduct

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice. Material changes will be communicated directly to clients. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurethionval regarding our services. No oral modifications are binding.
